Adelle Jewett

Q: What is your full name? What is the meaning behind your name?

A: Adelle Hazel Jewett. Hazel was my grandma’s name and Adelle is a name my mom liked from The Secret Garden.

Q: How do you spend your free time?

A: Napping or on tiktok

Q: What are you passionate about? Why?

A: Fashion and sewing. I like all aspects of it (styling clothes, making them, etc). You can make something functional that you can wear and there’s so many different styles.

Q: How would you describe yourself in two words? Why those two?

A: Blunt/Straight up and Fun. I tell people my real thoughts on things and I’m pretty fun and crazy.

Q: What is a vivid memory or experience you’ll never forget?

A: My dad climbing through my mom’s window.

Q: What is your motto?

A: I don’t really have one, but I think I try to go with the flow of things.

Q: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

A: Cliff Jumping at Lake Powell. I’m afraid of heights but luckily it wasn’t a super tall cliff so I jumped a couple times.

Q: What does music mean to you?

A: Not much–I’m not much of a music person. I prefer listening to podcasts or watching movies because they’re more stimulating or engaging to me. I like listening to comedy or mental health podcasts especially. I don’t really have a favorite movie genre but I usually see all the new ones that come out because I’m a Cinemark Movie member. My most recent favorite movie I’ve seen is Everything Everywhere all at Once.

Q: What motivates your choice of outfit each day, what does it mean to you?

A: My comfort level and whether or not I’ll be warm in it. Also, if it looks good to me.

Q: What has the biggest impact on your mood throughout the day?

A: My energy level or how hungry I am. Once I get low blood sugar… I’m gone.
