keimis-pictureNobody goes through high school without keeping some secret dream, confession, or experience to themselves. But they need to be told, whether they’re funny or serious, embarrassing or pleasant. Here, we’re giving people a chance to give voice to these secrets without attaching their names to it.  All of these come from real seniors at Orem High.

I’ve always wanted to drop a textbook from the skyrise.

I wish I had danced in the middle of the big circle.

I’ve always wanted to pet Mr. Ellingford’s head…it just looks so fuzzy.

I’ve secretly stalked all of you on Instagram.

I once had a dream where Henry Quigley did my hair for prom.

I think Ben Bowen has the perfect hair.

Sometimes I admire Bradley Crockett’s biceps from afar.

I tell people that it’s okay if they forgot to give my pen back, but actually, I get really grumpy.

One time I was walking down my street to school and then realized I wasn’t wearing any pants.

I took choir last year because there were three times more girls than boys in the class.

Joseph Tally — I have always loved you. The way you play the sax melts my heart.

I once had a dream that Brooks Ringer and I jumped on the tramp together. His face was on a leaf and blew away. That’s how I knew we’d never be together.

I survived a month in 8th grade where my only pair of pants was purple. Colored pants, yo.

I once dreamed that I was Katniss and Ammon Werner was Peeta in the Hunger Games. It was the cave scene.

It would have made my life if Ethan Morton could have been in all of my classes. He’s going places.

I wish I’d had the courage to ask ANYONE on a date and just have fun with my group and my date without being so uptight.

I want to let Madeline Black and Rachel Hamilton know that they did an outstanding job this year with student council.

I had a dream that Jayden Replogle and I were locked in the student council room.

Bradley Crockett — I’ve always wanted to just stare into your eyes — you have gorgeous eyes.

TBH, it wasn’t until Sophomore year that I realized getting out early on Mondays was not for family home evening.

Shawn Anderson — you couldn’t have skipped a grade? I literally just want you to date me.

Once I went left in the roundabout at OHS.

I have walked into the boy’s bathroom by accident.

Low key crushing on Josh Groban.

I’ve always wanted to break into the school and graffiti the walls.

After no less than thirteen years of school together, at the end of the day, we’re really glad we got to share these moments with you. Thank you to all who contributed for this article. Graduating class of 2017, we’re pretty awesome and hilarious. If you’d like follow up articles, contact either of the authors or Mr. Ellingford and help continue Seniors Anonymous.
